Hey, Dancin’ Dance family! If you weren’t at Dancing for the Space Coast 2023, you missed out! In yet another repeat victory, Heidi and her contestant Tom the fire chief took the top prize for Dancin’ Dance!!!
The couple danced an emotional firefighting-themed Bolero that soon broke out into a fire suit-stripping, toe-tapping East Coast Swing full of fun theatrics, including a light-up firehose!
Primo and Geoff also participated in the event, as well. Primo and his contestant, city councilwoman Rachel, danced a playful mambo routine that earned a bunch of laughs and smiles, while Geoff and his contestant, restaurant-owner Quinisha, dazzled with a classy and beautiful Waltz. Heidi and her goddaughter Tara also performed a powerful, interpretive Tango as a special exhibition dance.
This is the ninth time Dancin’ Dance has taken the win at Dancing For the Space Coast! Can you believe it?!
Thank you to everyone who donated and supported our couples, as well as everyone who helped behind the scenes with planning, organizing, makeup, hair, costumes, bedazzling, and props! We couldn’t have done it without you! And together with the other studios and contestants, $375,000 was raised for charity!!! We feel so honored to always do this for such great causes!
